In modern automotive industry, new materials and tech nology are introduced, the customers’ requirements are increased, so the inspection of technical cleanliness and technical cleanliness in assembly is increasingly important. There are many influencing factors and processes can cause contamination or re-contamination of parts and assembly process. For example, piston was burned and engine was blocked due to particles in engine lubrication system. The identification and assessment of the parts and these factors, the selection of preventive and corrective actions become more and more challenging. The VDA Vol ume 19.X provide the standard and guideline of technical cleanliness for OEM and suppliers in automotive industry.
How to obtain VDA 19.X Qualifications:
Obtain a VDA 19.1 Certification of Qualification
Attend the 2-day “VDA 19.1 – Skilled Assistant for Technical Cleanliness (ID 973)” and pass the knowledge test to receive a a certificate of qualification. The training fee is RMB 3,900 per person (incl. VAT).
If you have already completed qualification as "VDA 19.1 Inspector for Technical Cleanliness" or "VDA 19.1 Skilled Assistant for Technical Cleanliness", you may complete the 0.5-day (4-hour) “VDA 19.1 – Technical Cleanliness Inspection Upgrade Training – 2015 Edition to 2026 Edition (ID 981)” and pass the learning assessment to receive an upgrade training completion certificate. This certificate is used together with the existing certificate as an “Inspector for Technical Cleanliness” or “VDA 19.1 Skilled Assistant”, proves the upgrade training status. The training fee is RMB 3,900 per person (incl. VAT).

Obtain a VDA 19.2 Certification of Qualification
Attend the 2-day “VDA 19.2 – Technical Cleanliness in Assembly – Qualification for Assistant for Technical Cleanliness (ID 974)” and pass the knowledge test to receive a a certificate of qualification. The training fee is RMB 1,500 per person (incl. VAT).
