VDA 6.7 Process Auditor for Production Equipment

In manufacturing, there is an increasing demand for custom ized products in small quantities. No order is like the other and change requests from the customers during current production is not uncommon. Products and processes need to be con stantly re-thought, calculated, constructed, machines retooled and workers re-trained. This is where the VDA Standard 6.7 comes in: with process audits for individual production and workshop production, customer requirements can be met opti mally. More stable processes are achieved, and error costs and material waste are minimized. You will acquire the necessary competencies in this training.


How to become a qualified VDA 6.8 Process Auditor:


Obtain a VDA 6.7 Certification of Qualification

Attend the 3-day “VDA 6.7 – Qualification as Process Auditor for Production Equipment (ID 319) ” and pass the knowledge test to receive a a certificate of qualification. The training fee is RMB  3,900 per person (incl. VAT).


Admission Requirements

  • Proof of at least three days of auditor qualification based on DIN EN ISO 19011 (e.g. VDA auditor).    

  • At least five years of industry experience with at least two years in quality or process management.

Obtain a VDA 6.7 certificate with a registration number

After obtaining the certificate of qualification mentioned above, you can advance to the "VDA 6.7 – Examination for Certified Process Auditor for Production Equipment (ID 359)". Upon passing the examination, you will receive an a VDA certificate with a registration number. The examination fee is RMB 1,500 per person (incl. VAT).

Note: The validity of VDA 6.7 auditor certificates has been extended to 5 years, and certificates issued since 2019 are automatically extended by 24 months. See the notice for details.
